There are two communities at Deer Brook. Deer Brook Estates and Deer Brook Villas. The homes in this community are custom built. You may use a builder and house plan of your choice. The house is subject to an architectural review.
The approximate acreage for the development is 150 acres. There are five phases in total with ~245 lots. Two phases have been developed to date. There are 103 lots in those two phases.
Estates at Deer Brook
- Homesites range from about a half-acre to about an acre
- Prices range from the mid $40,000s to the low $80,000s
- The minimum square footage to build is 2100
